Gyaneshwar Dayal

A veteran journalist/columnist and a documentary filmmaker, Gyaneshwar Dayal has extensively written about political milieu, human rights, social subjects, displaced people etc. In a career spanning over three decades, he has been associated with many a media organisation. Presently, Mr Dayal has dedicated himself to writing extensively for various newspapers and magazines across the globe. Prominent among his engagements is his weekly column “Nevermind” in South Asian Free Press, Canada. His syndicated columns have been reproduced in many newspapers and magazines including India Abroad Today. Gyaneshwar Dayal’s documentaries on displaced people and human rights have been widely acclaimed in film festivals across the world. He is a visiting faculty with WLC London, Indian Campus and Indian Institute of Mass Communications, New Delhi. He has authored a book, “Bodh Gaya: Where a prince became the Buddha”.
