Shikha Saxena

An explorer by nature Shikha Saxena has varied interests and in different phases of her life she has explored different professions, hobbies, and interest. Having a nomadic background, she leveraged the opportunities thrown at her to explore different part of India, different culture, and human behavior. Professionally her journey started by joining Indian Army way back in 1994, when the doors in defence forces have just opened for fairer sex. A short service commissioned officer, she moved after 5-year stint with Army to explore the corporate world, where served for almost 18 years in financial sector and then embarked on her entrepreneurial journey. She has worked extensively in learning and development field and is keen observer of human behaviour. A professionally certified “Business Coach” she continues to interact with corporate world at close quarters. Her flair for writing and speaking on different issues at different forums is a journey she embarked on in college life and it continues even today. As a motivational Speaker she continues to deliver lectures in various corporate and educational institutes. She is also a TEDx and keynote speaker. Shikha is an accomplished mountaineer, rafter and skier. She is an outdoor person and loves to explore unexplored.
